Development Alerts - SMS Terms

This optional program sends internal software-development progress and decision, failure, security and budget alerts to the authorized owner/operator of El Dorado Materials, LLC, primarily during approved background development operations.

Progress summaries occur every six hours while authorized development is active. Other alerts may arrive sooner. Frequency varies, up to eight messages/day and 200/month. Message and data rates may apply. The sender is (855) 341-3760.

Enroll using the signed owner opt-in form. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. Support: connor@eldoradomaterials.com. Project chat remains available if you decline SMS.

Delivery may be delayed or fail. Use authenticated project/provider controls for spending, access, deployment and business decisions. A bare SMS reply does not approve them.

Messages begin only after verification and activation. Background scheduling requires separate approval and successful monitoring and delivery tests. Read the Development-alert Privacy Notice before enrolling. This program covers internal development alerts; expansion to other recipients or purposes requires a separate decision.
