Development Alerts - Privacy Notice

El Dorado Materials, LLC uses the recipient's mobile number, consent/opt-out records, brief message content, timestamps and delivery information to operate the requested development-alert program, honor preferences and resolve problems.

We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or use them for third-party advertising or promotional messages. Twilio and mobile carriers process mobile numbers, messages and delivery information needed to provide the communications service under their own service/privacy terms.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Completed opt-in forms and consent records are kept privately by authorized program administration. We retain records as needed to administer the program, honor opt-outs, document consent and resolve support issues. Communications-provider records follow the provider's retention. STOP ends texts; it does not automatically delete prior records.
